One-time payments

1. Before Handover

• Down payment according to the payment schedule (Payment Plan) for this specific property (usually from 10% to 20%).
• Registration fee 4% to DLD, Dubai Land Department. Represents 4% of the total cost of the unit.
• Administrative fee (Oqood Fee), “processing fee”, usually from 1 to 5 thousand AED.

This components must be paid within 7-14 days from the date of booking (the period may vary for different developers):

1. Handover

• Object acceptance procedure (snagging) 2000 AED (optional but highly recommend)
• DEWA account opening (2000 AED deposit + 320 AED for connection)

Standing payments

• Service charge 130-170 AED/m² annually (for elite - more)

RESELL after handover

• 2% commission to real estate agency
• Expense in trustee office
